Returns

If your order isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from receiving your order to return it. In accordance with your statutory cancellation rights you may do so provided the item is in its original condition. Alternatively Becky would be happy to arrange an exchange.

Please notify Becky via email, beckymannillustration[at]hotmail.com. Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

When will my order arrive?

Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of purchase via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For with a tracking number provided.
